Return or Exchange Policy:
Matt and Pam want our customers to be happy and satisfied! In the event that you would like to exchange or return your stickers, decals, or any other product purchased from us, please review our policies below.
Sticker It Out will accept returns on most orders under $100, regardless of condition, and will issue a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 5-7 business days of receipt of return.
Returns and exchanges are only valid within the Continental U.S.
Returns and exchanges can only be authorized within 60 days of original purchase date.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Sticker It Out. Email request to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us direct at (916) 869-8681.
All return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
If a replacement/exchange is authorized, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item.
All returns and exchanges must be shipped back using a trackable shipping method such as USPS with tracking, UPS or FedEx, to the Address Provided on your Return Authorization email.
Standard Processing orders may be canceled within 24 hours.
Rush Processing orders and orders placed with expedited shipping cannot be canceled.
All cancellations must be authorized by Sticker It Out.
